Seriously all female users....if you feel threatened, harassed, scared, disgusted, or sad due to a male user harassing you, then pleeeeease screenshot the entire convo and block them. Report it to the mods and leave it at that. (I am spreading the message)

SnakeePoo @solid_snake95 Yeah its everyday on here. There is a dark side that we are trying to clean up. The mods are all doing their best to make this site all user friendly. So yeah even if you are a male you must report it to a mod that I can send you to. However you have to have screenshots or some kind of evidence to give them before they start to take any action on your behalf.

SnakeePoo @solid_snake95 I'm sick rn but in a way yeah. All I do at work is lift heavy stuff and push things. I meed a gym subscription and my own vehicle. ;-;

Lead Dickhead. @hikki758 If it's really bad take it easy but you can do some home workouts if you wanna save and lose weight. Personally I did planking, push ups, sit ups, jumping Jack's and jump rope to lose weight.

Panda-kun™ @hell_hound7 Sit ups help alot, but you gotta do a ton of them. Not 10 or 20 at least 50 minimum. If you want results do 100 in one go for like 2 days and rest. You dont wanna jack up ur back XD

Lead Dickhead. @hikki758 Panda, your advice is kinda rough for a complete beginner honestly. You gotta remember that you do military training, not everyone can do 50 or 100 in one go

Panda-kun™ @hell_hound7 I dont do many sit ups tbh :/ its the one work out i hate the most. Its better to knock out a bunch until it hurts while eating less food per day that way your body sort of has to pull from that reserve fatty tissue
