I may have succeeded in quiting nicotine addiction but now I face getting healthy again as my mew challenge and it's hard considering everything I do. However I have no choice in the matter, because I need to stay alive and live a better future. It scares the shit out of me when I get these cold sweats., because my grandfather had those and got both legs amputated due to diabetes. No more laying around when I have nothing going on due to no energy. No energy is not an excuse to kill myself from not working out to save my body.

My energy has come back almost fully. Maybe another day or two, but I feel alot better. My lungs can fully expand, my endurance rose back up to where I last left it without vaping Maryland, I can do a sit-up, and brain fog is starting to clear up.
However, I still am emotional here and there but not as much as the past few days.
