Easily take either point through your perspective. But you're also blowing up unnecessarily due to an emotional stance on it unlike a critique standpoint. godspell @godspell Low calorie high protein diet. My body needs high enough protein to ignore my hunger pains

godspell @godspell also a low sugar one too. Because my food and drinks have been 0 sugar. I changed my drink to minute maid Zero cal. Which has no sugar or calories so I can replace my other drinks instead of just water. I changed my breakfast to higher protein meals like scramble eggs with spinach. Cereal with zero sugar 15 grams of protein

godspell @godspell I bought rice cakes for my sweet tooth to add yogurt to it. Plus Greek yogurt base ice cream so it's 100 calories with no sugar.

Lamby @momoichi keto then? you sure you wanna do keto? it isnt healthy and its a crash diet. itll take the weight off but youll have to start eating normal again and it might be hard to maintaine if you havent fixed your eating habits

godspell @godspell It's not. I'm not doing keto. It just so happens the meals with higher protein either have zero sugar or 5 grams of sugar. But if I keep my sugar levels low it helps because daily 32 grams. Because I bought potato roll sandwiches to use for my turkey burgers to eat at my work.

Lamby @momoichi keto is high protein no/low carb diet, which sounds like what your doing. this isnt a sustainable way to eat. carbs are energy, you gotta eat carbs, and if your getting most of your carbs from sugar youll just be getting spikes instead of the consistent energy that complex carbs give you. high carb low fat imo is the best diet. its sustainable and better for your body. regardless its good your looking after yourself, thats the best form of self love/care

godspell @godspell not really. Keto a no sugar no carb diet. I'm still getting at least 20 grams of sugar. And my carbs are still normal lower than before for me

Lamby @momoichi you cant live on 0 sugar, keto is high protein low carb. thats all it is. you said it was low sugar, and sugars are a carb, just a simple carb. its good to hear your getting your complex carbs

godspell @godspell I'm still eating carbs at my job though. Just not all the way like usually where I would eat spag or burgers. I am eating fried chk salad though. But for me I'm only looking at the calories and proteins. Since I'm aiming for a least a 20 percent deficit so changing my breakfast and snacks and drinks help. At work I eat healthy one day or eat my regular food the next. Just better a balance. Because my body type is awful
