Oof thats rough do you have food or gas, i wish your mom and brother would pay more for your labor and do you use amazon or go to walmart? Honestly ehh im okay, kinda annoyed with families ignorance. We had to call 911 yesterday due to my morbidly obese brother falling in the shower and not being able to pick him up. Neither of my parents undrrstand or want to change his feeding habits and they always blame everyone else. I got frustrated because my stepdad thinks his old ass and me can lift a 500 lb person. And they wont let me take care of him so its just the daily fact that they slowlu kill him more and over everyday for his short term happiness.

Migraine is clearing up with the wildfire smoke. So I feel a little more cognitive today other than some potential nerve damage from running myself too much the last two days. I have no idea what dog clippers cost. I have $2 to my name for the rest of the month, so I couldn't afford them anyway. I'll just have to hope Kiki(the puppy) doesn't mind some human clippers or maybe an emory board to file them down a little. I don't have any dog treats at my house, so I'll have to see if she'll like carrot or hot dog enough to use that as a peace offering. Anyway, how is you? Hope you're doing better.

This is true, they say soft hands create hard times and hard times create soft hands.

The would have not have survived a week in medieval times. Accidentally scratch their neck wrong cutting the skin, now they have taburculousis and are dead by the following week.

Its hard to pass up a good carby meal hehe >:). I believe I take something with that, brand name being Excedrin but theirs amazon generics that help. We get paid some holidays but their is no sick leave or vacation here which is so ass, we get free health and dental which ehh i guess? I baked some frozen veggies and baked some sweet potato, i wasnt really a fan of the frozen veggies though, i might prefer fresh, i didnt like the zucchini either. Thanj yku for the support and we're in it together!

I knew it, you're trying to eat me! Run away! XD ~~~~~ I've found taking aceteminophen(tylenol) with gabapentin helps, but I can't take it when I need to drive. Which is most of the day. So I'm running on a dangerous amount of adrenaline and the weight of responsibility. Hopefully I'll have some more usable relief tomorrow when I go to the er dentist.~~~~ Hm. You don't get and holiday leave? Do you get regular days off? ~~~~ Hmhm. It really is hard making adjustments with diet. Especially when you have comfort foods that aren't the best for ya. I have that problem with spicy udon noodles. I've managed to make it less bad by adding vegetable and egg to it, but it's still high calorie, high carb, high sodium. I've mitigated by only eating it a few times a month. Since it's kinda hard to get around the 50 white 50 hispanic population place I live currently. We're in the same boat, so you're not alone in this. I hope the ginger and cinnamon will help you.~~~~~

Potatos are nutrtious, filling and loved by many as a comfort food in many ways so I dont see the unappeal of a potato! Is there any excadrin or medicine you could possibily take to stop or dull the pain or would cheap booze help in a way? You're fine honestly you got too much stuff you deal with sadly so I wish you could take a break. In a sense I guess im fine, it feels like im living in a simulation though and the looming fact that I will have to mostly spend my days working more hours is depressing in a sense, I wish I could have a vacation where I could truly relax and be left alone. Having to limit sugar is also pretty sad , I bought some frozen berries earlier, the hard thing is just making something and sticking with it. I have some Cinnamon and ginger thanks for the advice

Lol. You wouldn't say that if you saw me currently. I'm very much potato shaped. But I'm a fancy potato. I think I'm in so much pain right now that I think I'm not in pain. Must be the adrenaline kicking in to save me or something... have to go to dental er on Monday, since the receptionist I talked to said I have to. lol. Luckily my insurance covers it. But I am the only reliable driver in a 500km radius, so dunno what they're expecting me to really do. Without me mfkers don't have a job. So I gotta drive them to work, even though they still don't really pay me. I'm ranting, sorry. Brain worms or something. I can't lay down, either. Too much work to do. Are you feeling okay lately? I know the stress can really wear down the joints and nerves. Especially finding out your skirting the edges of a pretty serious condition. BTW, integrating cinnamon and ginger as much as you can handle into your diet will help you immensely. They both lower blood sugars, but they can make you hypoglycemic if you overdo it. So find a good balance. I get mine from tea once a day. Cinnamon pear black in winter, ginger peach matcha in summer. :)

Mortar and pestle is very good. And if I miss anything I have a coffee grinder I use for these sorts of things.~~~~ So far I'm seeing the bicep curls, grip trainers, and wrist stretches that are pretty good. I'll try those, too.~~~~ If you've seen my outfits before, it's things like this, because I'm a fancy, frilly, lacey, silly person. lol

All good dm me whenever you're free!. Thank you, i hope lifes kind to ya.

Yeah haha xP And it would be better to write it all in a message. I'm glad you've been okay though and that things are steady for now!
joemama711
Hmm I think you would have to be really thorough otherwise you'd probably get unblendee seeds, kinda what i dealt with with a bad blender. I look forward to it and I hope you enjoy it! Maybe some bicep curls in the car if you have enough leg room though im 6" in a camry haha. Im not sure what i would want as a reward or motivation. What kind of outfit would it be?

I'll have to do some experimentation, but I wonder what would happen if the chia seeds were pulverized in a mortar and pestle?~~~~ I will take pictures of the cake when we make it. I don't have any fancy cake pans, so it'll just a be a boring little sheet cake. Should still taste nice, though. The recipe is simple enough.~~~~ Hm, If you're sitting in traffic for a while, I wonder if there's little exercises you can do while sitting in a car? I drive a lot, as well(About 20hrs a week) I'll look into that and see what I can find. Ganbarimashou!(Let's do our best!) OH! Also, make sure to reward yourself when you reach your goals. For me, I'm saving up to get a really pretty outfit if I can make it to my goal weight for the year. :)

If i were to make it, its gotta be a shake with other stuff to sweeten it up( i enjoy sweet and low as a sugar free alternative). Time and money are always floating by and usually away from us x.x. im looking forward to seeing the vanilla bean cake! Hm im always on time and doing my tasks but I never stay for overtime so it might be a situation where they want more bodies then actual compentant people. Theirs so many new people in our area that its crowded and things might get changed. Ill try making sometime for it, having to sit in traffic for so long makes me so mad and family at home isnt helpful but i guess i just need to push through. Im considering cooking lentils and pulsing them into a soup with some rice and chicken and beans.

I see. I would say mastering chia seed puddings can be life changing, as the chia seed has so many benefits. I haven't made it in a long time, though. I either don't have time or don't have almond milk. x.x Anyway, oats are just as good. So I hope you'll finda buncha lazy recipes you can just set and forget. As for the meal plan/prep, I'm in that boat as well. Bestie and me are gonna try for it on Saturday, I'm gonna test a low sugar vanilla bean cake. I'll let you know if it goes well. ~~~~ I understand. The stress and uncertainty isn't helping at all. I do hope you'll survive the layoffs, though. Do you feel like your performance at your job has been good to the point the person calling the shots may see you as indispensable? ~~~~ Interesting contraption. I find just the smallest amount of time a day, even if I'm in pain or tired. It makes me feel more productive. I'm trying to train my brain to see it as a reward in itself, but matter is over the mind at the moment. Think you could make that work, too?

Ive tried chia seed pudding a few times and I could never enjoy the texture so I would usually throw it away. I say any kind of movement and exercise is good, my jobs a lot of standing and some movement for 8-10 hours. Puppysitting sounds cute but you should take it easy, especially if he still owes you money. Ive never been a fan of core or ass exercises, ive done some planks, and glute bridges, hip thrusts here and there. I have this and it works rather well. Due to bullshit at work and lack of funds I have to either plan a lot and do lots of bulk cooking for the week as well as sacrfice free time for some exercise everyday or just work 8s and get ready in case a layoff. Ughh i hate this

Hmhm. My favorite thing to make with strawberries and raspberries is chia seed pudding. Have you had it before? Exercise is going okay. I was doing 10mins MWF, but due to the sheer amount of pain I'm in, I lowered it to 8mins for now. I also clean Tuesday and Thursday. Then there's puppysitting. I don't just sit her in a kennel and call it neat. I play with her the entire time I have her. So that's at least two-three hours of standing at a time. With the arthritis in my back, it's a miracle I haven't just caved and told my brother I can't watch her anymore. He still hasn't paid me for it... Anyway! Peraperapera, Push ups are great, so is a good ol' fashion plank. Though I'd go to other core exercises than sit ups, since they can hurt your back. Personally my favorite one is... er... lemme finda picture... it engages the core while being good on the back, thighs, and shoulders.
