I finally got the guts to ask the people I drive to and from work every day to compensate me for my time. I only asked $3 per month, which is my lowest Patreon tier. My brother is already paying me $20, so that means if I get 7 more Patrons, I'll be able to start saving money for a tiny house for me and my sister. It's so close and yet so far. Sorry to get this out there, the thought that it's selfish to ask such things is... I still feel like I'm being greedy. But I can't even afford shampoo for myself right now(I'm allergic to a lot of the ingredients in the cheaper stuff, which sucks. Pangs of being a redhead) I have to ration water, toothpaste, my toothbrush, deodorant, etc. Just to make things work. It'd be nice to not have to do that just to survive.
