Lol. I have four jobs and only two pay me. Patreon and my mother. I only make $220/mo. My brother doesn't pay me and neither does anyone else. They get to go on holidays, buy the things they need, and basically overall profit from my unpaid labor. I know things are tight for some of them, but they say things like "you should get a part-time job" when I have 0 time and health problems.~~~~ Damn, I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with that. Does he qualify for any sort of medical insurance? If he's got the risk factors for diabetes and heart disease, that Ozempic stuff could actually save his life. It's a drug that essentially changes the way your liver and pancreas handle insulin and process glucose. It does still take a lot of work, though. So I'm not sure how willing he is to make some changes. Is he willing to make some changes or is he really set in his ways?

Honestly ehh im okay, kinda annoyed with families ignorance.
We had to call 911 yesterday due to my morbidly obese brother falling in the shower and not being able to pick him up.
Neither of my parents undrrstand or want to change his feeding habits and they always blame everyone else.
I got frustrated because my stepdad thinks his old ass and me can lift a 500 lb person. And they wont let me take care of him so its just the daily fact that they slowlu kill him more and over everyday for his short term happiness.

Migraine is clearing up with the wildfire smoke. So I feel a little more cognitive today other than some potential nerve damage from running myself too much the last two days. I have no idea what dog clippers cost. I have $2 to my name for the rest of the month, so I couldn't afford them anyway. I'll just have to hope Kiki(the puppy) doesn't mind some human clippers or maybe an emory board to file them down a little. I don't have any dog treats at my house, so I'll have to see if she'll like carrot or hot dog enough to use that as a peace offering. Anyway, how is you? Hope you're doing better.

Ahoy. Today was surprisingly quiet. I didn't have to puppy sit and the kittens have adjusted to the house. We switch between my room and sister's room to keep a kitten-free space so Miso can decompress from them. lol
Anyway, back to working on Queen Among Monsters. Sorry I didn't post anything today. I didn't get to sleep until 4am. Same sleeping issues as before. I woke up at 13:00(1pm) and I'm still tired af. But I can't go to sleep early because I have to drive little brother to work at 22:00(10pm).

Ahoy. My brain is mush right now, but I still have to get to work. I'm still behind on Queen Among Monsters, I have two commissions to finish, and I have so many chores to do that even my chores have chores now. :(
I dunno how to cut it to my little brother, but making me watch Kiki for 3 days in a row is brutal. We don't have a proper yard, so I wasn't able to play with her like she needs. I had to keep her on the leash most of the time because she's not gentle with the kittens at all. We also don't have any proper chew toys for her, so I have to constantly wrestle random trash out of her mouth. :(
We did manage to figure out the plant situation. We're just hanging the toxic plants up above the kitchen sink. Since my idiot mother doesn't want 'holes in the ceiling', we found an ol' 2x4 and used that across the cabinets. I'm so tired. I've barely had water today. I hope you're drinking enough water and staying cool! I heard the heat wave that moved across Europe is heading for the US. So I hope you'll come up with some clever ways to stay cool.
