Ohh really? I figured fresh water fish would bypass that dirty nutty taste, I've tried lemon slices and spicy chili on salmon and it somewhat works at times.

Salt, it has this texture of stiffness when baked but I don’t know how to explain it it’s like a dirty nutty taste? You can mello that out with lemon and garlic xD and thanks I can’t see friend requests I have to look at peoples profiles and accept there -___-

What does rainbow trout taste like, do you prefer fresh water fish to salt water fish?

Baked rainbow trout and salmon with lemons, fresh tuna and white bass. Of course shrimp as well. Yum!

I use a ton, but favs are some of the kinder seasonings, cowboy butter, garlic herb and chilli right now. Those are goooooood.

My Own Hero @joemama711 Oooh nice, I've only used the Blend of Salt pepper and garlic but it's pretty good. I'ma have to check out cowboy butter and chili. I got a onion butter seasoning from Fire and Smoke Society. Their pretty good too, they make their own chicken breading n seasoning.
