fried some white fish in bacon grease today, thought I’d try something different it didn’t taste good lol

My Own Hero @joemama711 They say soaking fish in whole milk or buttermilk neutralizes the fishy taste or something acidic

My Own Hero @joemama711 I've tried the milk part with canned tuna and it worked for me and I hate tuna lol
