Democrats have a (Terrible) tax proposal

I've actually been suggestions limitations on leisure budgets since not long after Trump took office. They should get a limit on how much taxpayer money they can spend on things not directly imperative to their job (vacation, campaigning, etc) per year/quarter/period/whatever, and anything after that should have to come out of their own pocket.

Welp, I guess it does. Probably would never use it since I'm fine with the relationships I currently have.

If she's into you, she's into you. Fandoms aside, I think it's more about you as the person and how you live and treat her and others as to whether she's going to stick around long term or not. I think there's something to be said about being fans of something together, but whether you have a big wall of anime dvds or not is probably a minor thing for someone who wants a relationship with you. If you were a couple for six months and then she dumps you because she's just not into you any longer, it's probably something broader than you both being otaku and/or cosplayers.

@Daggerfella, Well here it doesn't help that here in the US any attempt to regulate abortion or defund PP is met with the cries of "War On Women!", so go figure they think they are in a political war and kicking people even the women they are trying to "protect" is okay. But since this was in Canada, I don't know if the left there employ the same outrageous rhetoric.

Is anyone going? Im thinking of going however Im a little shy. I definitely want to start to make friends at cons I just dont know how to? Im trying to push myself this year though. Would anyone be interested in meeting up?
Is it bad to be an anime fan or an otaku when it comes to being in a relationship?

no its not. But you should keep it secret until you get a hint they might be into anime too or at least dont mind it. it can stear alot of ppl away. some normies cant conform to it or frown upon ppl who like it. Though be true to yourself. if they dont like who you are, there probly not the right person for you anyway. Just take it slow and let them warm up to your intrests and youll probly be ok.

Complicated = Interesting to some.
"Difficult" people probably tend to be a bit more out-going and confident which for many is a desirable trait.
I know it's probably a bit cliche at this point, but many girls would rather date the confident "douchebag" vs the introverted "nice guy". Many girls will put up with "Chad" despite how poorly sometimes he handles relationships socially and emotionally because of the handful of desirable traits he may have hoping they can mold him into something they find ultimately desirable, i.e. the confident nice guy. Or they just put up with his BS because they think he's the best they can do and take him even if he's ultimately toxic when it comes to the relationship.
Not to mention the term "nice guy" to many girls has become a bit of a negative stereotype because of incels and introverted guys who struggle to find success in dating and in-turn can have poor attitudes in general towards women or don't know how to really manage the waters of meeting someone new through the initial friendship phase, into dating, and then finally full-blown committed relationship.
