Considering this will be the first time for most of us a module might be the best route to take.
We will also probably limit it to the races and classes available in the Players Handbook. If you have player options you want to use please send me a pdf and I'll look them over.

Ya. Does not work well at all. All it does for me is give me random people in Florida and Georgia (some of them even deactivated accounts).
As far as I know its been like that for years (only been around for like 6 months myself), so I would not count on it being fixed unfortunately.
