Deleting a photo

Ok so something really strange happened on this website. When I was uploading my photos, one of my accidentally got uploaded onto one of the other user’s gallery. Does anyone know how I can delete that photo. I have tried to talk to the other user to convince them into deleting it and got ignored.

Funnily enough, at one point I had a random photo appear in my gallery. My first instinct was that my account got hacked, but maybe there's something funky going on with uploading pictures. o.o
