There was this one girl who would be super close to me, even sleeping on me like I was some big stuffed animal. My parents insisted that I should talk with her more as she could be the one. Then comes prom day, I confessed with her and well, she admits she wanted me to come with prom with her as a friend. Therefore, none of the feelings were all too genuine.
We are still friends to this day however, just do not talk very much because of how crushing and awkward the whole night was. This still taught me that in the end, it would be better to use dating sites than thinking you can find a girl from any school, college too for that matter.
