Still think this doesn't apply to you? A few rhetorical questions to ask yourself (the trait spills into other aspects of life):
-Are your hobbies 'YOUR hobbies', or did someone give them to you?
-If you have an idea, do you HAVE to ask someone else if it's a good idea first?
-What would you do if you had friends that grew to not like each other (that you met at the same time)? Would you endlessly try to get them to get along? How much energy would you waste? Would you be able to handle losing one or both of them?
-Is 'this guy' still your friend because you care too much about how he feels about the 'friendship'?
Now I'm not saying that any of this has or will happen to you, but I'm trying to get you to seriously and objectively think about this.
Stop giving a f_(k.
I'd let it go, but 'you can't fix an oil leak by putting in more oil'. I'm not that type, and I'd rather fix the way you think about dealing with things than the consequences of what happened later. Yeesh.

I definitely think, girlfriend or not, you need to respect her wishes. Just because she's with you doesn't mean she's your property or no longer a human. If she says no, you need to give her space. If you want to reenact those kinds of scenes, you need to talk to her about it first, and set up a safe word. That way you can do those kinds of things, but she still feels safe that she can call it off and have her feelings respected. Relationships are about a mutual respect for each other as individuals and as human beings.

Wrinting is a great way to get your mind off loneliness. That was a prety good poem, though I usually don't read poems.
When im feeling down I usually run. Or hang out with my brothers or best friends.
Exercise does wonders on the human body.

Kane thats a lot to go through man. Sometimes it really is hard to see the bright side of things especially if it's a medical condition like depression. More people suffer from that than what people would expect. Sometimes medicine helps, other people use certain outlets in order to help them get by.
My mother for instance suffered from a long term depression, but she had started doing line dancing every weekend. After words she started to just let negative emotions go and has continued to line dance ever since, she's a pretty big dancer in the community too lol often teaching at local churches and parties that her friends host. But a long story short she found an outlet that let her let be happy again.
So try to cheer up man, there are definitely people here you can talk to. That way the problems you face don't have to be by your self. Cause you dont have to be alone.

^^ mrmanguy is absolutely correct. If only getting turned down once like this will get you down, life will be very very difficult for you.
