Anime Romance

I dunno about ya'll but I'm a <b>sucker</B> for anime romance stories. From childhood sweethearts to the taboo I can't stop watchin' 'em. Just wonderin', which types do you like and what's your favorite? <p> I like to watch those which have themes of transcending space and time. Even Netorare (NTR) are engrossing for me. <p> I would have to stay "Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou" is probably my favorite anime romance story. It doesn't only focus on one couple but many while showing great character development and depth. I can pop it in anytime.

I can't really pin it down to one genre of romance. The irony is, in any other medium, I get bored by romance, or gaggy. In manga and anime, I'm sucked into it. So far my favorite romances, or stories involving romance, are: Kimi ni Todoke, Kimikiss, Ai Yori Aoshi, Kurohime (just started reading this today, I love it), Buso Renkin, and Fruits Basket (manga over anime).

I love Kimi ni Todoke but I've yet to finish it. I loved Ah My Goddess but I hate how Keiichi has no balls. That drives me nuts.

Then I saw Adult Skuld and I thought Keiichi should hook-up with her instead. Belldandy is nice but her selflessness scares me for some reason.
