Naruto's good. There are a lot of anime that are like it in terms of a deep story line with action. Have you ever heard of a site called crunchyroll.com? they stream anime directly from Japan usually the day it's broadcast from Tokyo TV. That's a good site to find others that you might like. I really like Now and Then Here and There, FLCL, and Maison Ikkoku. What kind of games do you play? I mostly play RPGs or games with a story. Do you play the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm games?

I'm actually with the other two. To ask him is the better way to go. If he doesn't answer, move on. We all have heard the phrase "there's more fish in the sea" right? Well, it's a saying that's true. If you go on thinking about it a lot, you'll only hurt yourself. Don't worry about it because in terms of your life, he could be just a pebble in the road. You can't even call him a speed bump because everyone gets crushes and if there was a speed bump for all of them, that'd be a pretty bumpy road.
