Maburaho is a magical school/slice of life harem about a boy living in a world dominated by magical aptitude. Each person has a test done to see how many times they can use magic before the effects kill them (usually in the tens of thousands). While incredibly powerful, his magic can only be used like 10-12 times before he would die. I'm recalling a lot of this from memory but its a funny, slightly echi one.

Haha chii I like that anime a lot but the sad setting right now it' wouldn't do me good right now but I'm feeling much better dug up an old anime Genshiken this was one of the animes that help me understand what meant to be an otaku
