Mines actually a korean movie titled, Save Our Green Earth.
its about a guy who thinks his boss is an alien so he and his girlfriend whos an acrobat kidnap him, strap him to a chair and torture him in twisted ways to get him to crack. Funny because the ending reveals he really is an alien and everything the guy said was true. XD

I gained a couple of pounds after my surgery when I was unable to work. After I was better again, I joined the gym and started changing my eating habits. Originally I did the whole "buy healthy choices and weight watchers foods, count points", but eventually I settled into just eating less of what I normally do and cutting out the super bad things. I primarily drink water now (one whole bottle in the morning) and black coffee. I cut out soda and other sugary foods from my diet altogether. No fast food, and I attempt to do more cooking at home. Fish and chickens are super great as well.
Also, take vitamins! It might not seem like much, but having a healthy intake can boost your metabolism and make you feel great. The better you feel, the less you will feel the need to eat
Also, dont weight yourself daily, you will drive yourself nuts. Choose a day out of the week to do so. Also, dont weight yourself in the am when you wake up. Your weight fluctuates during the day, especially in the morning. Its best to do so at night.
