I've played DnD, role played on the now ancient AOL Chat rooms and in MUDs. Usually, I'm a mage of some sort, but lately in DnD I've been playing a monk or samurai.

Excluding phone games. I believe it was Knights of Pen and Paper, on steam. pretty good game based off people playing DnD.

I suppose considering pretty much all the eastern countries have a kinda read between the lines, backhanded style of communication, America with our more blunt style probably is seen as more outgoing and expressive in comparison
