Well I'll tell you this much 3DS Max isn't outdated, it's actually used just as much as Maya. Maya has advantages and 3DS Max has other qualities that make it superior to maya. I prefer modeling in Maya as opposed to Max, but the rigging functions in Max are better, so is the animating. Rendering was easier in max, but maya has the vray plugging for rendering. Video's are pretty handy to be honest, because I will tell you this now, no matter how many times an instructor goes over something..... You'll dump the information the very next day. The videos are there for you to go back home and practice on your own. Heck I teach both methods in conjunction on my spare time, that way the people that pick it up slowly can go home and continue to practice. All it is is practice, learning te hot keys helps you profoundly and also knowing the menu's. As for everything else going on in your life, that sucks dude but sometimes you gotta keep pushing harder and not give up. I understand the hardships, I was homeless when i went to school, and pretty much my family was like "ur derp gtfo" my ex gf dumped me... I slept at the school, and I had nothing. So.......... I had nothing to lose and that really helped me, it pushed me. I use negative energy and convert it into positive energy. I became wrapped up in CG so much that I was recommended to be a student teacher, I taught and tutored and got paid for it. Yeah I am still in school getting my fine arts degree, and my masters to teach in the University level.

I guess I don't have any saying in this since about most of these choices are good. Don't know about cons due to many have a mind set on something else. I could be wrong. I would like to comment on one of the earliest posts on this topic. I thumbs down on the marine or military. The thought or "the cake" is a lie. Yes I'm military as well. And which is why I'm still on here. ( =w=)

Ya I was agreeing it does not break down entirely but it often gets replaced in chunks when something starts not working or is too dysfunctional and has already caused problems. The pen is superficial sometimes sure, it just depends on how it is used I suppose and the spirit it is taken.

It's once of those titles that relies to much on its cutesy anime appeal, while forgetting that looks aren't everything for a game.

I saw it coming too. There are too many moments in part one, most notably durring the pep talk hinata gave naruto before his fight with neji, when naruto said he liked people like her and she hugs the tree and kiba is like ???. Then there is the scene when hinata first appears in shippuden and shes too shy to talk to him after so long... and then theres the scene where hinata defends naruto in the battle with pain and she tells naruto she loves him (sakura did the same but to get naruto to forget about sasuke which naruto sensed was fake.) That may have sparked something because finally someone admits they deeply care about him. and then the part where they hold hands and naruto's chakra powers hinata (epic as hell) yeah, its not really because im picking sides or anything (people still complain about not having naruto and sakura) i have read plenty of shonen manga to see this coming miles away. But it gives both of them a happy ending even if it wasnt suprising.
