As cruel as it sounds you should not be giving them any money as it is easy for them to spend on drugs and you will be enabling them. Unless you can send it via bank transfer to the landlord direct I would not give them any cash helping them by buying food is fine but ultimately they will probably need some kind of professional help to stop using. Yeah, I've been thinking about Buggy. I'm sure that in the timeskip he didn't just gain status and allies, but awakened his devil fruit and haki. But as for the Pirate Dispatch Group, this is the most open example in a chapter of a Warlord's doings. It took entire Arcs to learn what Crocodile, Moriah, and Doflamingo did with their status and their own complexity. Kuma is the only one who really follows orders and Mihawk gets in frequent duals. Hancock and Jinbe protect their kingdoms. Blackbeard just wanted to go to Impel Down and fuck shit up. White Beard's son just goes around and kills who his mom asks. But Buggy has a business. Not as valuable as Doffy, but it's prospering.

drama comes from the fact that we're all children on the internet that either take ourselves 2 seriously or say some actually offensive bothersome shit. Both have happened here.

Personally, I'm very happy with being a male but I know many people who aren't happy with their gender.
