Not since school, I think my last was about 10 years ago. (damn, can't believe it been that long...) I had a lot of pent up aggression back then, and received my share of grief from people that lead me into fights. After school I made a promise to myself to try and avoid getting into pointless fights. I mellowed out and became a much calmer person as a result.

I do some very basic yoga as part of my Wii Fit U routine most days. It provides a nice change of pace to the strength training and cardio that's a part of it. I've become a bit more flexible, but I'm definitely still not as flexible as when I was a kid. XD

There is a moderate threat from Islamic extremists as "terrorism" is now popularly defined. But the truth is there's little you can do when the guy in line next to you decides to eat some C4 and then set it off with his cellphone. You practically can't carry enough guns to stop a bullet. You can do your best to not give people like that a reason to exist in the first place. In short, to prepare for the Isis attack just live as you have been. No slight is more insulting and demoralizing to your enemy than to be ignored. As New York proudly displays, there is no damage they can cause that can't be erased.

It reminds me of that funny thing that'd happen each year in college where the first few days, most of the girls would be dressed to the nines. Then flash forward to mid semester and lots of them would be showing up in pajama pants.
