It's really hard to say. It's easy to make up memories and believe that they were real since we can only remember so much of our earlier days. For me I'd have to say when I was maybe 3-5 years old. I woke up in a bed in the morning, started stretching and looking around before I got off of the bed and started walking around. Then I eventually found the door and opened it and saw the rest of my family still living with me then.

Definitely agility and speed. In my experience during wrestling, everyone trained to get stronger. But the guys that trained to be quicker typically won either by outpacing them or by outscoring them. And in a sport like that, the first move definitely does have a pretty big impact. Even if its just psychological.
