Confessions

I confess I have weight issues too that come mostly from my mind than my own metabolism. I hate getting fat so when I see I gain like 2 more pounds I stop having food for like one or two meals until I get on my ideal weight again. It also happens backwards, when I'm too skinny, which I have been mostly when I stay up all night working on my model and projects, and by 'too skinny' I mean my bones stick out way more than healthy can be, I try to eat more to get fat again. It's a vicious cycle. Though, at least I know I can get somehow a little bit fatter, it must be even more frustrating to those that can't.

I confess that unless I feel so hungry that I have to eat or pass out until a member of my family checks on me, then I won't eat anything 'solid'. Solid as in meat, rice, potatoes, peas, beans, sweetcorn. Real meals, chips, salmon, burgers, pasta. I've not eaten anything today except Skittles, Maoam, literally 2 pringles, and drank 2 bottles of Mountain Dew. I have 3 Pot Noodles lying next to me in my bed but I feel no need to go downstairs, boil a kettle, and perform the simplest of fucking tasks. I didn't eat much when I was a kid because my school said McDonalds is bad for me and it sent me into shock or some shit Idk. But it definitely has had an effect on my metabolism or something.
