Plenty of ways. He'd only need to remember one detail about your account, a picture a name or whatever... Google will do the rest for him. To be frank, "Fancy" is fairly easy to remember. Look for "MaiOtaku Fancy" and you'll show up in there.

Actually just cosplayer within the name if you know how to use advanced search options within google searched on maiotaku will show all people who have the word cosplayer in their name. there's a bunch of tricks for search engines unless accts are pivate ...
