He could just look at old threads until he finds a comment he remembers you making, then click on the username and that would take him straight to your wall.

The url tag name doesn't change regardless of how you change your profile name. Anyone can find almost anyone if they are proficient in the the art of google-fu. A large number of 4channers use these skills to stalk an harass victims and share info. Though I don't think Asch is particularly smart.
