Practice hair or weaponry. Particularly swords and guns. It can help you get used to how hands grasp things, and practicing hair also trains your mind to see the folds in clothing. You're killing two birds with one stone. Or, 4 birds with 2 stones.

Try vanishing points, building perspectives and foreshortening! Or draw animals and plants.

XP I've never been good at drawing objects and backgrounds since I draw the eithe too big or too small but i'm really good at forshortening X3
