Motivation.

Im trying to loose weight but i cant find the motivation to do it. i already knw all the tricks to do it but usually i dont need them, i just exercise and eat whatever i want so whats motivation to get working out again? look at pics of thin ppl? starve myself? therapy xD? idk XD!

first of seen the pictures your not fat to begin with and if you want motivation it's beter if you exercise with a friend that mostly motifates me because of the competion also it more fun that way it work for me atlest i exercise olmost every day becuose of it and starving yourself also not a good idea you should just change your diet that alone could give you pleasing results altough if you dont exercise results wont come fast but what i means is if you start geting hungry or want a snack instead of getting some sweets get some fruit or something or fegstables you don't realy have to eat less just heltier try steaming food or eat a tomato in the morning they have a lot of vitamins in the that you need to intake on a daily basis that's all i have for now hope it's helpfull

I agree with what's stated. Losing weight should be about being healthy rather than body image. Looking at other people makes it about them rather than yourself. It isn't possible to be satisfied when you compare yourself to other people. And since losing weight should be about health, it's also best to go about it in a healthy process. There seem to be two most difficult parts about losing weight. 1) getting started 2) reaching a plateau. You probably won't have a problem with a plateau because that's more associated with losing a lot of weight. Like guilliano said, exercising with a friend helps. If there's an exercise group you can join that also helps. Once you make the decision to get started and maintain the regimen for a couple of weeks it would be as hard to keep it going. Ultimately, motivation is a mindset that you have to develop yourself because no one is going to force you to do this. And I recommend anyone planning to lose weight to go see a doctor if they can prior to beginning their plan.

I lost about 20lb just by drinking only water, eating white meats, cutting out all sweets and fast foods, eating a lot baby carrots, and eating no onions. Took me about 2 months.

Get a picture of someone who has a nice body it could be a celebrity, friend, family, whatever. You can put it in your room or on the fridge and everytime you wanna snack look at the picture and think " No,I wanna have a hot bod like Pikachu!"

Really cutting out sweets, most junk food, and stuff of that nature helps. Also exercising is easier with friends, I usually talk or something while walking with them. Change of diet is key though, doing exercise just increases the process.

I think the most important thing to use for motivation is yourself. You're more likely to change if you really want to change for yourself and not for other people. You'll care more and be less likely to just be nonchalant all over it. I'd say think of all the reasons why you want to lose weight and what you'll benefit from it, like better health, more self-confidence, or a generally happier state of mind and think about that when you're losing weight.
