On a serious note, don't eat candy, junk, chips, manufactured crap, ect. Don't drink soda, energy drinks, and whole milk. Do eat fruits, veggies, lean meats, and natural foods. Do drink skin milk, water, seltzer and Gatorade(G2 series)

yeah but i slack off when peter comes over and it kinda stuck, hard to get back into it and i knw alot of good ways to loose weight just im a shut in and rarel leave and with x-mas commin up in dont wanna bulk up more....and i dont have any friends *looks away embarrassed* so cant really work out that way

Just move. Like dance around your house, do housework, or even just run around your house. You can jump rope while watching tv between commercials. Learn the gangnam style dance. As long as you keep moving, you'll burn calories. There's always ways, it's just really how much do you want to do it, ya know?
