Because Rape is a human committing a crime against another human. Also your debate isn't about rape. You are choosing to ignore a man making his dinner to being related in another unrelated crime.

Rape being a crime isn't relivent. Rape happens all the time in the animal kingdom, it is a part of survival of the fittest. You can't cherry pick the results of your argument. The debate is about ethics, so yes rape fits into that. Doesn't it also justify slaughtering people because you're stronger than them?

not talking about a moral agency just animals as a species have to show empathy to their prey each by their own to consider that animals do have their own moral compasses too...finding something gross and not deciding to eat that is just your preferance and everyone has their own preferance on what they like to consume so people who want to be vegans can while the others dont
