I think our debate is coming to a point where there would be nothing more to debate. There is a line between Ovo-vegetarian and a vegan. Vegans by definition don't eat eggs or they would become an ovo-vegatarian. The only point that can be argued against veganism is that if the world was re-structured to create an environment where eggs are ethically farmed, veganism would inherently become inferior to ova-vegetarianism. Yes, it is a slight tweak to the "everyone should be vegan" debate by saying everyone should instead be vegetarian, but I think it's the only thing that would be better. To me, veganism isn't a complete picture if it had to be adopted for everyone. Vegetarianism on the other hand could easily get a person all the essential nutrients that they need to survive.
On a side note, eggs are actually quite healthy when paired with a vegetarian diet because they contain a lot of animal-based vitamins like B12 that are hard to obtain from a plant based diet.

why are ova-vegetarians superior to vegans? eggs are harmful for your health so in my eyes its a net negetive
also im not debating nor have i ever debated "everyone should be vegan"
iv said multiple times im here to debate from the standpoint of ethics (since it seems you want to debate health and not ethics ill preface this by saying iv got very novice knowledge on this but ill try and debate it)
if i wanted to recruit people to veganism i wouldnt be doing it through debating, im just here to have fun, i dont really care much about your diet choices
so vegans are actually at the lowest risk for vitamin deficiencies
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26502280
so can you explain why vegetarian is superior? i actually have heard that vegetarianism is very dangerous when people consume milk because it can raise the risk of stroke
vegans are at the lowest risk for all cause mortality
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29659968
ill ask why eggs are so important that we must eat them to be healthy, because i would bring up that eggs are extremely high in cholesterol which is a contributing factor to the leading killer in america, which is heart disease
there has been no study that has shown anyone dying of low cholesterol (not including niche congenital conditions) where as dying of high cholesterol is a huge issue for americans
also, heres a meta analysis on dietary cholesterol and the effect to serum cholesterol

(also please dont link studies without reading mine first, i had an issue with that in my last debate)

a long with the health i think we can bring this back to ethics
how do you propose we ethically gather eggs? as chickens age they produce less and less eggs a year
do you really expect industries to shell out the cash to take care of these chickens that they otherwise would have killed for meat? how is that profitable for them?
plus the chickens that factor farms get eggs from are genetically modified to produce an insane amount of eggs, which is stressful for their bodies
can you tell me how you expect to keep the egg industry cruelty free?
