Religious rants

A straightforward answer to "Why is there no foundation built off of nothing?" would be to say has anyone built something over a hole? Typically speaking one has to fill in the hole first or build a platform extending over the hole to create the structure they wish to see. When trying to cross something fluid like water a bridge is made or a boat that's built to stay afloat to navigate against the drifting tide is created to fulfill that purpose. One does not make something from nothing or for no reason at all. It either exists or does not. However whether one understands what they're seeing or interacting with is their own reasoning of which we know to be many. Even if one says, "I know nothing." they at minimum have the understanding of lacking knowledge. It is from there one fills that hole with a foundation of learning.

The Tao te Ching might be some kind of bridge to this thought of a religion based on nothing.

https://youtu.be/S0C9uJMQicE The beginning focuses on idols and fetishes dated 25000-30000 BC. Then focuses on civilizations starting to go from neolithic, hunter/gatherer (Stone Age) to agricultural life (Copper Age) and settling down in one space. Growth of tools, growth of ideas and technologies, growth of beliefs from ritual practices to inspire reproduction and good crops into religion. This was between 10000-7000 BC, so development over 15,000-20,000 years. This is a 12 hr deep dive into the history of religion, from prehistoric to modern day. That's the only way to really look at all religions, really. Thinking one is the solution and answer to everything is puddle theory.

Hmmm i would really need to look into this video. Because based on the bible itself there really wasnt anything christian God based until the followers of christ wrote something. While idols and societies were practiced. The accounts of everything within the bible were written by apostles and the like. Things such as the ark of the covenant has never been found. Or so we say but there is a temple i believe in like isreal or something like that has it. There are also things hidden by the catholic church which could hold groundbreaking discoveries in which could give us more insight into religion. However, we dont know and just like anything in science and history it changes upon the emergence of new evidence.

Having grown up in a deeply religious environment, my perspective on God may appear unconventional. While I find solace in conversing with God during challenging times, viewing them as a close friend, I am increasingly skeptical of their existence. The prevalence of suffering worldwide, including poverty, starvation, and cancer, makes it difficult for me to perceive this being as a god. If such an entity exists and allows these atrocities to persist, it raises questions about their benevolence and power. In fact, if suffering is a test, I would rather choose to go to hell than accept a deity that allows such immense pain. As I delve deeper into the concept of God, I see reflections of human character in the depictions found in our religious texts. This leads me to doubt the divine nature of gods and question whether they are merely anthropomorphic creations. It seems implausible that a being with human-like traits could endure for such an extensive period of time. Furthermore, contemplating the existence of gods opens up a Pandora's box of possibilities, including the presence of mythical creatures such as monsters, vampires, dragons, orcs, wizards, and witches. Can our Earth truly accommodate such hidden entities? If there is even a remote chance that all of these exist in a separate dimension inaccessible to humans until death, the scale of that dimension would have to be unimaginably vast to encompass the entirety of existence from the beginning of time until now. It strains credulity to believe that such a space could still have room after all these eons. The more I attempt to make sense of it, the more it appears nonsensical. Considering these factors, I am inclined to believe that if a god ever did exist, they were present in the past and are no longer among us. The notion of otherworldly realms like heaven and hell lacks logical coherence as well. If rewards and punishments were necessary, why not simply create puppets that unquestioningly follow the deity's will? The freedom and unpredictability of life suggest that there is no higher entity directing its course. Apologies if my thoughts seem disjointed. As I mentioned earlier, my upbringing in a religious background has led me to question the existence of God. The more I am exposed to the suffering in the world, the more I find it difficult to reconcile with the idea of a benevolent and omnipotent deity.

@lucifer57 its not that God allows us to suffer because its a test. While God does test us, he doesnt allow atrocious things to happen. The atrocious things happening today are the result of SIN. Its evil, wars, killing, torture, disease, plagues. Its all a result of sin. We were cursed to live with our sin until Jesus returns to wipe it out from the world. If you think about it alot of the bad that happens in the world is our doing. All the killing. Raping, diseases, its all because of us. We carry the sins of our fathers. Now i dont know what ur belief is, or what sort of religion you hold. But doubt is the work of satan. Satan wants you to doubt the existence of god. Because it will lead you down a path of sin. If you no longer hold God in your heart, things that are bad seem ok now. Its ok to allow sexual immorality, even though every day we move along the gay/trans agenda the sexualization of children grows closer. Its ok to kill because there is no consequences for it. I mean the romans has colleseums for blood sport. What makes you think them as an advanced civilization cant return in our civilization today? Before you doubt the presence of God and his power. Resolve yourself and study up oj it. There are alot of people on the internet far more knowledgeable than i who can explain why this happens. Why the world is full of suffering and God doesnt help. Imo he does but you know everyone's problems are bad to them. You cant argue with people who dont see things from the outside looking in.

For all those who fall away from God i wanna say returning to God you notice the differences in life. Everything makes more sense. If you believed in God and fell out of it. Returning again makes you see things for what they truly are. It was the being behind enemy lines that allows you to notice all the bad that actually takes place in the world. How we could have a cure for cancer and diseases but treatments are a billion dollar industry. Think how many people go through cancer treatments and how expensive that must be. Also think how inbreeding could have cause many of the mental illnesses and deformity. Its like breeding dogs. Pugs and certain animals are jacked up health wise because of bad breeding. And yeah ik this was something practiced way back in genesis. Its not as though God has forced these ailments upon us. Being inbred caused deformity for kings of the past. If you look deeper into stuff you can find the answer.

@projectotakux Who says you can't have anime, memes, AND Jesus? One must only believe it to be so. https://media.tenor.com/u4jXKhCwfeUAAAAC/saint-oniisan-jesus.gif
