Religious rants

Im doing my research rn but according to the catholics jesus founded the catholic church but im also seeing that the catholic church wasnt even founded until like 30 years after he was already gone. I dont believe jesus had any part in the catholic chuch i believe someone else did i wanna say constantine but idk. He did also change the sabbath from Saturday to sunday.

Actually im wrong the catholic church existed before Constantine however he popularized it and made christianity legal. However some say he merged pagan beliefs within the religion its hard to find info on this as alot of the sources that say he didnt do anything are from Catholics.

This stuff is a literal rabbit hole, i think im gonna end my search for now. I feel like Jesus and christianity is accredited to so many and its hard to pinpoint exactly what is true and what isnt. While i understand the bible talks more abo ut this stuff, the translations and interpretations being pulled from it are literally contradicting each other. You have one group saying he didnt and one group saying he did. I believe this is why people find religion to be fake too much misinformation. I still believe overall Christianity is the true religion. I just think some of this information is meant to guide people away from the the true way of worship.

I do want to learn alot more about this stuff though. I sort of want to start speaking out more about Jesus and religion as a whole. Sort of to give back to God and show my love and appreciation. I wanna try and help people and be a messenger. I feel like if i can save at least one person from damnation i can consider it a good act i have done within my lifetime. While i dont think this will absolve me of my sins or bring me any much closer to God than my fellow brothers and sisters. I still wanna do that, though i need to read the bible alot more and study this any chance i get.
