Ooo I didn't know there was a counter to the Ergotism argument for Salem. The thing is though, ergotism was still a thing that happened and it was hundreds if not thousands of years before people realized the correlation between those symptoms to the causality.
"Already in the late 16th and beginning of the 17th centuries, observations of the link between ergot‐contaminated rye and disease were made (Bauer, 1973), but it was not until the 19th century that the mycologist Louis Rene Tulasne revealed the correlation between infected rye and ergotism (Tulasne, 1853)."

"Ergot Epidemics Date Back to Middle Ages and Likely Before
Ergot has been known for millennia, but was not recognized as causing health issues until about 200 years ago. For example, an Assyrian tablet dating to 600 BC mentions “noxious pustules” on grain seeds."

As im listening to the many wise words of people within the community, i find myself being envious. I wish i could impart knowledge the way they do. I wish I was as well versed in scripture and could interpret the word as well and articulately as they do. Voddie bucham just listening to this man talk about the differences between races and that there is no race outside what God has established. Which is one, the sons of Adam. The only distinction to be made by God among his people were Jews and Gentiles. Its very powerful, i wish I could understand more.
Currently in my bible im at the part of Balak and Balaam. I still have a ways to go.

Finally made it to Deuteronomy, was kinda upset after reading 35 mins into numbers and got to the last page with only 10 mins left in my lunch time. But i managed to squeeze the last page in.

Glory to God, I wish i could give everything I have to him. Rn all i can offer is the betterment of my knowledge in his word.
I will admit i overheard a conversation about someone sending their child on a mission and was jealous. But God has plans for me, i feel as though i need to be patient.

I had a dream i was gonna die a martyr death for exposing something. I was in a slave camp and discovered something and posted it online. My captors gave us one minute to do everything we needed to do. So i washed myself, and got on my knees and prayed to God. I was so scared but something told me "Do not fear, and that the devil only wants to see me fear and despair" i have had this really big fear of being killed for my beliefs but in this moment i just broke down in tears and prayed my hardest to the LORD. Not to get out of the situation but to thank him for the wonderful life i had even though i sat in a slave camp about to be executed. I was ashamed and i begged for forgiveness, i had tried to get some kids who were also about to be executed to kill me before the captors got ahold of us, im guessing i feared more how i would die and if i would suffer. I told my fiancee i was about to be killed and then i lied down and the guy put a shotgun to the back of my head and blew my head off. Really vivd dream, i could feel everything.
