Religious rants

“Keep my decrees. Do not mate different kinds of animals. Do not plant your field with two kinds of seed. Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material.” (Leviticus 19:19) You best not have clothing of two kinds of materials Pandus. Best follow all of Gods commands. No matter how goofy it is. Unless you just talk the talk, but don't walk the walk. Speaking of goofy religious behavior. Reminds me of this old story where Jews are forbidden to fly over cementareis. What's the solution? And I shit you not. Put a bag over themselves XD. To be quite honest. I low key respect religious people that go full goofy. MFs believe what they say they believe. These Jews are Alpha CHAD followers of God and not Beta cuck believers. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2307713/Pictured-Orthodox-Jewish-man-covers-PLASTIC-BAG-flight.html https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2013/04/11/article-2307713-193E4E9B000005DC-456_634x632.jpg

So apparently saying "our father who art in heaven" is now problematic says an archbishop as it may trigger victims with abusive parents. You know i've been saying this all this thread but there are forces at work to try and change the church. Saying atheists go to heaven, saying gay people are more religious than straight people, saying God is trans, now saying father is patriarchal and stuff. Nvm God made man, and woman from man but God made Adam in his image, and Jesus Christ was literally male. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12276651/amp/Archbishop-York-Rev-Stephen-Cottrell-says-Father-problematic.html&ved=2ahUKEwjI_fSqq_7_AhULGTQIHduiAWAQFnoECCkQAQ&usg=AOvVaw2VHm7Ayl-mFGxL5-yTZD6h

I agree with you that it's stupid but I disagree with your conclusion it's literally just people saying things without actually affecting the overall christian community you can say it's "problematic" but only that church and maybe nearby ones will actually stop using while 99% of christians won't stop using that phrase we even say it in Spanish so that's not changing just because a couple of people are mad about it

People will make arguments where there are none. I see no issues with saying, "Father who art in Heaven." As for God being homosexual or transexual makes little difference as the spirit doesn't reproduce the way flesh does. I would agree that someone who follows scripture would do well not to place focus on such worldly matters. That said, yes children who are queer do often become unreasonably judged by religious parents who are zealous with their ideals about faith. It can cause unnecessary hardships for their development and ultimately cause them to rebel against scripture that would otherwise help build a healthy relationship in spirit. Should the parents be critical of their children's sex life if it opens them up to sickness or manipulation? That's not wrong, however it must be presented in a manner that opens up a balanced conversation of the subject. One without devolving into arguments that forget God's role in every person's life. So I don't agree with religious teachers changing the pronouns of God for wordly views, but I understand why queer young adults would struggle under a fearful parent's guidance if said parents broach the topic with a sense of embarrassment towards their own pride or the old "what will the neighbors say about me raising a queer child?" This method only causes more problems than solves.

Saying God is male is also pretty stupid since as I've said before god's existence is too complex for human understanding they are literally everything Adam was made in god's image and Eve was made from Adam who was made in god's image Adam basically committed mitosis without the pp and bigger boobs

Who is to say God won't be the ultimate pronoun master in the day of revelation, haha! Maybe God only prefers to be called God and doesn't care for idols of other gods because God viewed it as presumptuous of God's identity? Wouldn't that be the M. Night Shyamalan twist.

As for the problematic thing, i dont think you realize the power of the internet. Someone is gonna hear this and be like maybe i should adopt it in my church. Not every church is gonna adopt it ofc cuz we still have some real pastors and stuff out there, but you dont realize how many mega churches exist where they are scamming people and how people like joel osteen and bishop TD jakes go out on tv and make these bold claims like father is offensive and triggering. I think people underestimate the power of the internet on this website and with with the spread of not only third wave feminism but also LGBT we can start to see both of these groups adopt church culture and push agendas like these. Then it spreads and spreads until its the norm. Why do people always act like history doesnt repeat itself? I feel like everything is a conspiracy for people who dont wanna go against the narrative. Its so much easier to argue something doesnt exist and there is no proof in an age where censorship and cancellation exists. Lets not forget we had actual doctors get deplatformed for speaking out about covid, and come to find out they were right all along. People really just dont get it. Remember when the Christians outraged about gay marriage and how it would lead to this and that. Well ding ding ding you have whats going on today. Do i believe that alienating homosexuality is the right way to go? No it isnt, but i dont agree in encouragement either. Encouraging empowers it and aggression is met with rebellion. We need a middle ground.

It's not that I underestimate the power of the internet it's that's I know how stubborn christians are most of them treat the internet like it's the devil's black magic at least that's how every church I've been to has seen it and I've been to around 4 or 5 different one's if anyone says anything that deviates from what we know they're labeled as idiots or blasphemous anyone who would've taken those kinds of claims seriously back in my old community would've been considered a nut job there were conspiracy theories but they were all about how pop culture and anything not involving God was satanic taking something like changing God's sex or changing phrases to be inclusive seriously would've caused everyone to trash talk you behind your back for being gullible enough to think that'll have an actual affect on things since in like a couple of months no one is even going to be talking about those things and that church who was brave enough to change things will either be out of business or barely be making it I've seen church's go out of business for similar reasons before just relax and wait a bit before actually falling for whatever new ideas they're pushing since it'll most likely fail and if it's doesn't fall through and is actually implemented into the church then it was "god's will" and you aren't qualified enough to say otherwise since that'd be blasphemous and the argument they use against you would be the same types of arguments you use to defend the religion in the first place fighting against their word would be the same as disproving your own arguments or at least they'll gaslight you into thinking that

You could also just be being fed bullshit headlines to keep you pissed off. No matter what you say or do it will always piss someone off. You can't make everyone happy. That's how the internet works.

Well i dont fall in line with your church, See these are all "conspiracy theories" to people who dont question the narrative. Why is it very important people disappear whenever they are about to drop bombshell news. Why did the first person to invent a water powered car suddenly die? All very good questions, but now im asking why are all these churches and important figures saying these things now? Sure you can say they go out of business, but then where will we go for churches? See the youth of today arent as interested in religion. It isnt inclusive infact its divisive. When all your friends are pro LGBT and interested in this which goes against religion. Now you are left with a choice, be cool and go along with it or dont and be alone or picked on. Think about the earlier years where schools would do say no to drugs, when people would tell you if you were cool you would do it. I am gonna relate that to this. Peer pressure is thing, societal pressure exists too. How many of you are willing to come out and say something like "there are only 2 genders" in public? Now growing up did any of you older folk even consider the possibility of more than two gender to be a thing? Do you see my point? With people trying to get the youth to follow God again, you will see these kinds of people rise up saying its ok to be gay and pray to God, its ok to do this and this and this. The fact many here are defending these ideas is evident. What makes people feel good doesnt necessarily mean its right. You are relating this to the Christians who spoke out against the things you like. This drove you away from religion right? Well im gonna tie that back to the youth of today. If being all inclusive is popular there is no room for a religion that doesnt do that. So to conform religion must change but how do you change something that has had centuries of info that doesnt change? You are witnessing that right now. Its not a conspiracy. Its not God making it happen in the church or whatever. If you follow the path of God you will make enemies and some people just arent ready for that lifestyle. Being a true follower of God is met with hostility. Because the truth is offensive to those who live in lies. People on here probably think im a bible toting lunatic who is wrong about everythkng going on. Religion isnt under attack im just paranoid, im just reaching and grasping at straws. The evidence is there, but people look everywhere but the bigger picture. Its these people who wont evn realize whats going on around them come end times. Its the frog in the boiling pot theory. Turn up the heat gradually and eventually the frog doesnt realize its boiling to death.
