Arc's den of AI art

today I took some old shitty art I tried to do of one of the characters of one of my stories and I used AI to bring about exactly what I was going for all those years ago. It's really crazy to see my idea brought to life without me being hindered my my own lacking art skills. I added some accessories and made a more interesting composition that fits the character better in the background. Finally I can see my character Farrah closer to what she looked like in my head. Makes me kind of inspired to write some more. Maybe I should make a short story with a compilation of AI generated imagery to go along with it.

I have a hard time accepting that this skill I've honed over 30 years is useless to others now, but seeing the joy and inspiration it brings you helps ease that a little. I'm glad you were able to find the character you've only been able to imagine.

@twobananasshyofapumpkinpie Yeah, AI is both good and bad. My best friend does paid commissions and doesn't like AI for the same reason you do. Personally I have a problem if big corporations want to exploit it to put legitimate artists out of business but like in my case, something like this would never come into existence if not for the help of AI. I wonder if one day we might lose our very souls when we submit to overly relying AI for everything, but then my monkey brain sees this pretty youtube banner art and is excited.

I've been watching some episodes of My Hero Academia and it got me thinking. How would I want to look if I was a character in the anime? What would be my style? I came up with this. Image didn't come out quite right from the onset so I popped it into photoshop and touched it up myself. I wanted a character with a kind of kitsune beastial power of transformation. I also wanted to go with a style that leaves people wondering if I were a hero or a villain. I’m probably going to develop this image some more in photoshop.

I had a random thought since the lie you made up for me in the lie thread lol. @arc I guess my villain name in the show (since you said I whip people in sadistic pleasure) is either: Sadistic Mommy (gotta keep the mom in somewhere XD), SM (‘cause every time I whip mentally people realize it hurts but it can’t help but bring pleasure anyway and then of course I murder them brutally sksksk) or Whiplash (and one of my moves is called “mindless” and cause people to feel mindless pleasure until they are whipped to death). I won’t waste your time anymore

It wouldn't be AI art but would you mind if I got in on that and painted my spin on 3 MO characters meeting up in MHA universe?
