spy x family

I fell behind on the series, however I genuinely appreciate the themes being explored. Though a majority of Spy Family is comedic, its ability to tastefully tackle real world concepts of everyday people being caught up in the conflicts of powers beyond their control is done masterfully well! Though this narrative has been shared before in similar mediums, I am continually mesmerized by this series talent for being empathetic with the everyday person's struggles while also striving for realism in why world governments often make power plays at the expense of said people. I know that was a heaping helping of word salad. At the end of the day this is a whimsical anime over simplifying as well as stylishly exaggerating a layered concept. Still it is commendable none the less.
