your mind wont shut up? what are you thinking about the whole time than? mostly they say you need to have an image of pure darkness / nothing in your head so that you could sleep... but yeah with your mind talking the whole time thats hard xD

@gdmh39 idk I think about random stuff tbh shows, characters, creating my own stories in my head, etc. and I can’t shut it up XD
