He was alot worse in world but they actually made the fight fun in rise. I still play it time to time to improve my build.

He was def annoying as hell in world but I haven't got to him in rise yet so I can't really say if he tougher there.

Kushala is easy mode in Rise, in comparison to previous games. Before you couldnt even APPROACH him without your character cowering from "eeeeerrrrrr nuuuuu wwwwwiiiiind" as well as projectile users being fucked. Now is MUCH better. Wind is only sometimes annoying now... but on my HH... no issues
