Yes… talk to the penguins!

@chocopryo What kind of climate change policies do you think would actually make a difference? Without China and India coming to the table on the issue. In my youth we had a cartoon Captain Planet that resonated well with kids. Do we still have anything like that? Also I think a major problem with the efforts of tackling the issue is the messaging. It’s always carbon this, climate change that. I feel like the messaging went over better with a larger group of people when it was about taking care of our planet and stopping pollution. Not just climate change. Not everyone believes the climate alarmist, but everyone knows pollution is bad. I hear all the talk about climate change while I’m driving down the highway seeing the road way clutter with trash. Aren’t we missing something important in the topic?

@a_wesley_g And in typical fashion, you hone in on the weakest point of a conversation in attempt to derail away from must be a very sore topic for you, but fuck it, I'll take the bait. Tired of talking about pedo shit anyway. (For now.) This is a conversation that needs to be had. I do somewhat agree with your point here. Messaging is something that the environmental and habitat sciences have never quite gotten down. Though what you're talking about here is called Habitat Restoration. Cleanliness is of course important. I've done my part in boy scouts picking up trash. Even worked at a landfill for about a year doing exactly that. (And the conservatives in the state house just went and built housing developments over top of it.) But god damn, habitat restoration is just a piece of the puzzle. (By the way, all those environmental policies that Musk illegally cut and all that national park land he gave to corporate logging and oil companies? A lot of them had to do with what you were talking about. Pollution control and environmental management. And also, there was study that managed to cure cancer, but that went on to go ignored and unfunded too. Fact is, big pharma makes a huge profit by keeping that around.) But do you know why I care about atmospheric climate change? Because we stopped having consistent winters in Southern Ohio about 20 years ago. I've watched it happen. And if you look at the longterm cycles of the earth, we've been due for another ice age right about now. And instead, the polar ice caps are melting, and countries above the artic circle are experiencing a few dangerous prehistoric bacterias that were frozen in that very same permafrost. We're talking shit that human beings have never been around to develop antibodies before. Imagine that shit coming down from Canada, the way Tuberculosis did at the turn of the century. One of the ways we could fix it? We already have effective alternatives to the energy grids we've been dependent on for so long. The tech in that department has come a long way. Hell, we don't even have to get rid of all coal and gas plants. Just get enough infrastructure for a more diversified system in place, and you already cut the CO2 emissions considerably. In the nuclear department, the research on Thorium as a Uranium replacement is going underway with some promising, much safer results. But it will be a while before we see anything about that, thanks to Putin unceremoniously trying to invade Ukraine, and the EU having to reallocate their budgeting to build up their militaries as a response. Tech for wind and Solar has made some considerable advancements in the past few years. And building that infrastructure needed for any of these will make millions of jobs. But that's only the US. China and India also have to make an effort. As for funding... Well, you know how much money we pump into our navy to patrol commercial shipping lanes for international trade? You know that bloated military budget that allowed generals in Iraq and Afghanistan to slurge on mansions? We could easily fund it everything with just a fraction of what we shovel into those departments.

I often think of parts of Revelations when hearing about climate stuff, because hell is quite literally coming up to meet us, but, I'm trying to just keep to political talk...soooo lol. I genuinely theorize/think/wonder if these big, greedy corporate companies and government are some of the cause of our climate troubles. I'm not saying that the earth doesn't have an issue sometimes keeping herself tame...but (at least here in D.C. where I reside) they are constantly shooting up the sky with those stupid chemtrails pretty frequently, and I swear that they've also put another sun in the sky. Because there has been two very bright lights in the sky during the daytime, so I believe there are things these people are doing that they don't want us to see. Essentially, I think that A LOT (not all, but a lot) of our climate issues is exactly due to big businesses being greedy, that and the fact that they can continue to use it as a fear tactic towards people that want to live in a healthy earth (which is most of us XD). I think if we had more people that weren't greedy in places of power (not just governmental, but corporate) we and earth would be better off. But as it stands, this world system was built by greedy rich people for greedy rich people, so it's hard to have your voice heard when calling out those fools for what they're doing, especially when they have the endless means to shut you up lol. At this point, I don't care though. If I ever start a revolt against our government and corporations (a very controlled one, I hate when people use violence to make a point if it's not necessary) and die for it, I'm chill with that guys lol.

Yes, I changed the subject intentionally because you were trying to troll me, and I didn’t care to engage. You start out insulting me and then say EVERYTHING I said is an opinion or china disinformation. Screw that. So I picked a topic that could be talked about in good faith, because I thought it was the one thing we could agree on. I genuinely love nature and our national parks. But sure troll way. I pointed out the messaging because it’s killing support they could be getting and it’s the easiest to fix and an important first step. You get people on board with that and say now here’s the next step. Don’t segregate the topic saying it’s habitat rehabilitation. The point is to make it more all encompassing. You can’t accomplish one without the other. They see the trash. It’s in their face. Climate change isn’t. Get them to care about their immediate surroundings and you can get them to care about the rest the world too. China and India are dumping a sickening amount of trash into the ocean, the same with their carbon emissions. But that’s a truly hopeless situation. I’m in complete agreement about permafrost. The ice caps melting is an obvious indicator. People always get lost talking about temperature variations which is an absolutely idiotic argument. Take a glass of ice water. The temperature will stay roughly the same until all the ice is melted. How much of our world is water? How much of our weather is affected by ocean temperatures? The ice caps are the only thing maintaining the temperature and they’re disappearing. But you lost me on solar though. We have a solar farm here that can’t even produce enough to cover the cost of maintaining it. It’s a million dollar money pit every year. Truly wish that wasn’t the case. If there have been breaks throughs, they aren’t being implemented here. If it can’t sustain itself, that’s a really hard sell. I completely disagree with your view that the fraud isn’t happening. All of that money could be going to towards the stuff that matters.

@wei_ying You’re a sweetheart, and I appreciate you. I’d vote for you. If you want to get people with power involved in a healthier planet. Think of it as a numbers game. The greater the number of people you have backing it. The more popular it is. The more likely you will have people in positions of power that will participate or try to profit off it. Profit doesn’t necessarily mean monetary. It wouldn’t surprise me if the other side was intentionally scuttling the messaging from the inside for that very reason. Keep people fractured on the topic and they can’t gain popularity and momentum.

Conspiracy time! So regarding this email, about February 8th... yall remember that episode of the Simpsons where there was this "global blackout" on February 9th, 2026? Now let's talk about the Samson Option. Remember when there were terrorists style attacks where phones/communication devices suddenly exploded? (Kinda forgot a bit, but if ykyk) plus the recent revelation of Samsung phones being pre-installed with the Israeli spyware AppCloud, and the fact that Netanyahu (Fentanyahu) even mentioned it once during a speech. He'd said if you were carrying a cell phone, that "You're holding a piece of Isreal right there." Now... Samsung, and Samson sound almost dangerously similar, don't they? Aside from the G at the end, which could be attributed to symbolic meanings like "God" or "Glory". The pieces all fit together... Samsung users beware! As I said before, this is mere conspiracy, but I suppose we shall see in like 2 days. (I hope I don't get skullfucked for posting this. Please no.)

If it got me out of work Monday..... Heck, why not. That whole exploding pager thing was some next level shenanigans. Then the exploding walkie talkies the next week. I picture the person who came up that whole plan saying, "You know, I didn't actually think it would work a 2nd time. Maybe we should try something with some cans and string."
