To get rare characters or gear, only pull 1 WISH at a time. Don't be fooled by the 10 system. It is there simply to waste your pulls. As in, you always get a rank 4 pull every 10 WISHES. But if you wish 10 times simultaneously, it cheats you the chance to pull MULTIPLE 4's or 5's in a row! So ALWAYS pull 1 WISH at a time. NEVER do 10 at once. @laughingman_ddd No, the packs are somewhat based on algorithms. 10 packs equals a guaranteed rare character or item. However if you choose to do it altogether, the system will treat your 10 as 1 attempt to get a 5 star instead of 10 attempts individually. - So far, comparing my play experience against others, there appears to be truth in only pulling 1 at a time vs 10 at once. Even the way GI solicits the pull 10 ratio seems to hint as much. When I did 10 together I never got over a 3 star until the end. However my single pulls have granted me 4 star items every 5 or so pulls.

You should make a data sheet of 300+ pulls from both methods to show a significant difference as it can be bias from a personal experience. Cause ideally the algorithms used for both pulling methods is supposed to be same.
