Its all about closing the gap so people can back their campaign based off the numbers from this election cuz it was fairly close. Then they wanna try and solve this mail in vote problem and the ballot counts. Trump is making it known all he has accomplished and is setting out to spread info of the changes he made. Whether he hurts or helps his case toward the end here who knows. But if biden fucks up here it will just make it look like trump was the better option and biden like his 47 years of office could not get anything done.

Just out of curiousity regarding this Memorandum Opinion, did you read this and find that it was free from bias?

I dunno about everyone else on this thread but I actually click links, read stuff, watch videos. I don't just run my mouth with opinions. And I do actually think for myself quite often.

Regarding the memorandum opinion you linked - https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.pamd.127057/gov.uscourts.pamd.127057.202.0_1.pdf
This is the most biased court document I have ever read. Compare it to a sample Memorandum if you must. I can even throw in support via links that shows how legal documents should be written.
Judges should be unbiased. This is written with disparaging remarks. It lacks integrity.

Bullshit like that, is part of the problem. ^^^
I'm not saying this to be mean or to butt heads with you. Just saying what I think.

Lawyers and judges are supposed to be impartial, are they not?
Code of Conduct for United States Judges

Canon 2: A Judge Should Avoid Impropriety and the Appearance of Impropriety in all Activities
(A) Respect for Law. A judge should respect and comply with the law and should act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.
(B) Outside Influence. A judge should not allow family, social, political, financial, or other relationships to influence judicial conduct or judgment.

Yeah the Judge was a bit mean. But being mean does not negate the lack of evidence. Just because the judge said some rude things doesn't mean his biased. Nor does it make the judge impartial or biased. The judges should be biased for facts and logic.

A biased judge would rule for the plaintiff with lack of evidence. That's what it means to be biased. Allegations and claims are not evidence. You go to court and provide evidence through paperwork, eye witnesses, video, other material evidence, etc. Rudy Giuliani failed to do so. How is the judge biased if Rudy Giuliani failed to provide evidence? Is the judge supposed to side with Giuliani in lieu of the fact that he provided insufficient evidence? Doing so would be biased political decision devoid of evidence.
