very very not lowkey living with your parents, on your own, with a partner, or a family you started with someone, or even friends/roommates, are all equally fucking strange and awful in their own unique ways. not even fair to poke at people who live with parents. everything else is just as cringey and shite haha

i did make fun of him first to be fair (though he said i could) so i don't hold it against him
plus i don't take any shame at living at home because my mom is my best friend, so i wouldn't move out unless its to move in with my bf

yus that too! i think a lot of left-leaning ppl have really nice parents >_< my mom isn't around but even when i was at uni i would go home away from all the crazy artsy drug friends who i had tons of fun with on random weekends and me and my dad would watch walking dead and chat and stuff.
never take the good fam for granted, ofc! ^_^

Ad hominem attacks are never good for constructive debates.
I agree, Veruca. There's definitely more inherent biases these days, perhaps because of social media creating more divisions in societies. Attack memes are essentially propaganda posters with the ability to reach millions. Eventually it heightens emotional tensions, leading people see each other as non-human. The nuance of policy and issues is lost in this sea of divisiveness.
