I prefer the orginal Persona 4 anime. The story was told fairly well and I even felt emotional during the events surrounding Nanako's tragic ordeal. https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/megamitensei/images/e/ec/NanakoSinging.gif I don't find the Golden version that interesting and the humor of the characters seems removed. As for other series like Devil May Cry I found it both interesting in a daily life of Dante when he isn't slaying demons kind of way but damn is this boring because all the action scenes have been cutout to save on animation time. The fight with Trish and Lady was legitimately cool. Wish we had more of those moments.

Have you seen the Castlevania anime and Bayonetta movie by chance? I’ve heard those are pretty good adaptations. I’m not sure about Danganronpa since I’m unfamiliar with it.
