in the the future people will be like the world was fucked up back then 1920-2020. there were good times like the hippies, but even then people were dying from drugs.

I'm planning to buy my first house this year. Gives me a lot of anxiety buying going into over a quarter million dollars of debt, but there will never be another time where I can get a 2.7% loan interest rate. I need my own house, damn it!
