If you make a joke about how depressed you are and you aren't happy if people end up laughing at it then I think you misunderstand the point of a joke. Not to be a dick but the whole point of a joke is to make people laugh even if the humor is fucked up. If you don't want people to laugh at something then don't make a joke about it.
