Shrugs, I just speak from what I've done for myself that helped, it doesn't has to help everybody, doesn't has to suit everyone, it did it for me and that's it. I'm not willing to comment on here on tips for him because I feel like it won't make a difference, it he truthfully wanted change he would have realized by now what the issue is.
