Only thing I can say Sofia is fuck my step father who walked out on my family because he got caught cheating on my mom with a trans man. He had a good family back home but it wasn't enough for him. Same goes for my father too. And he is dead now.

Many single parents can't even afford taking their kids to McDonald's. And they don't. My point was working multiple jobs still sometimes means not being able to make ends meet for them (not even to speak of restaurant visits or visits of anything)

Pro tip for poor man's survival. Dried beans, rice, peas, and lentils are all VERY affordable, VERY nutritious and last a VERY long time. Then there's eggs(stupid cheap), pasta (Stupid cheap), bananas(stupid cheap), apples (cheap-ish), onions (Cheap), potatoes (Stupid cheap), celery (cheap) and let's not forget to stock up on bargain spices( Such a huge difference spices makes). Those that do fast food, they do it out of convenience, most certainly not if they're try to be frugal (I get it, though.) These cheap things aren't always easy to get. So many are just barely making ends meet and finding a dollar at the end of the week is often impossible, I get it. I'm just saying, there may be ways of thinking that you haven't thought.

I'll go with minimalism. My stepmother hates clutter, but most of my mother's side of the family like clutter and are sometimes too generous. My father and big sister are full of enough drama that they consider my passion for kids and immature people and want me to be full of drama like them. They also dislike each other because my father is brutal while my sister has coarse attitude and is very picky enough to almost always say no. I've been told by others that it's my life but not theirs, but I'm still under my father and stepmother's strict rules. Love is not enough!

My mother loves clutter. She grew up in poverty where she hardly got what she wanted. Now she has the capital to get it.. and she does without thinking.

I now hate fast food and rather work at a family-owned business (which I am at a BBQ restaurant mostly dishwashing and organizing dishes, but might do others someday). But nowadays, I am often eating grilled chicken salad there as a free meal, but often carry hot sauce with me, because it helps me hurry up and stay healthy.
