Cheating?

He isn't happy with just you anymore. He probably still loves you, but he is still a man with lust. Unfortunately for you he is probably either already doing shit or planning on doing so. Find a more monogamous dude bc he probably isnt ready to be yet. The fact that he kept it hidden means he didnt want to hurt your feelings over the act of what he knows is wrong in a relationship sense. Bite the bullet and tell him whats up so both of you can move on.

I still talk with my ex and I like to think we are just friends. However, I know not many guys are like me and are on good terms with their exes. Just sit him down and talk to him about this. Your emotions matter too. Together you two will figure something out.

How'd you find out he was texting his ex's and why would you even suspect cheating? I do agree that just texting an ex does not mean he's cheating. However, if this is out of the norm for his behavior, then it could very well be a red flag. Also, does he get drunk often? I mean, that on its own is a whole nother set of red flags. Honestly, take what internet strangers say with a grain of salt. Anonymity tends to make people speak with emotions rather than logic. Just a hunch and this is the pot calling the kettle black, but marriage counseling might be in order. I just get a sense that things might be a little rocky else where.
