Top10 Anime of the decade

Let's play a game. Rules are simple: 1 There are 10 slots to fill 2 Everyone gets 1 vote 3 You can put your vote anywhere you think it fits in the top 10 4 Once the list has 10 anime any additional titles added will knock the 10th anime off the list 5 Once an anime has been in the top 10 and fallen off the list, it can't be suggested again 6 If there's any anime let's say in 10th place but you think it belongs in 1st, you can use your vote to swap those two anime but you give up suggesting any new titles 7 Only anime that released spring 2010 to winter 2019, no movies, no shows that started in the 2000's and aired into the 20teens 8 Any additional rules will be added as necessary
