Feel alone?

Hi my names Ryan. Does anyone else feel alone in a room full of people? I feel like i dont have the same kind of connections other people have. I dont have any "best friends" and any relationships that ive had have been short term. The girls i have fallen in love with have ether friendzoned me or broke my heart. I crave intimacy but dont have any of it. I wish i didnt feel so alone. Its not that i dont love myself. I love myself, i just want someone else to love me aswell. Sorry if i sound like a little bitch but i just need to vent. Am i alone in my lonelyness? Does anyone feel the same way i feel?

I don’t feel alone/lonely now, but I’m sure someday I may feel alone/lonely, then get people’s company if I let them in.

I pretty much have to put on a mask whenever I'm not online. So yeah, it gets draining and you feel like you're constantly alone. Like no one has seen you in person without your mask off. And the internet is where you can truly be yourself since your in person friends don't support your hobbies, interests, and your whole personality.

loving yourself is the first step. You're way ahead than I was at your age. I know how you feel. 18 is too young to worry about deep connections, anyways. Just try to have fun with life and see where it takes you.
