If I don't start another relationship I feel terrible and if I do it will most likely be LDR and I will feel terrible as well.

I experience the same problem laff to get a happy escape from life. However, you must find happiness within before you are ready.

If you only feel worth with relationships then you really should consider professional help. That's an unhealthy attachment.

I am too scared too seek out help and I think I would get fired if I had issues too.
